At the last outing Nina and Adrienne brought up and we discussed about donating items, as we did to the Riverview Elementary School, to “A Kid’s Place”. It is an organization whose purpose is to provide superior residential services to children of all ages who have been removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect or abandonment. Specializing in sibling groups, They allow brothers and sisters to be placed together and begin healing in the comfort and safety of each other. They provide a variety of services which meet the social, educational, medical and psychological needs of the child. It is located on 1715 Lithia Pinecrest Rd, Brandon.

Items Most Needed:
Our most commonly needed items are basic consumables; our family uses the same things your family uses (we just have 60 children!) We appreciate your gifts of clothing, pantry items, bath and body products, and household cleaning/laundry supplies.
Immediate Needs:
Boys Pajamas Size 14-16 (cotton pajama pants and a T-shirt are favored)
Sunscreen
Macaroni and Cheese
Peanut Butter
Baby Wipes
On-Going Needs:
13 Gallon Kitchen Trash Bags
Laundry Detergent “Pods”
Shampoo and Hair Conditioner
Dish Soap
Body Lotion
